What currency are the prices shown in? All prices on American Hardwear Supply are in USD (U.S. Dollars).

How long does shipping take? We ship from U.S. fulfillment centers. Most orders ship within 4–7 business days after purchase. Once shipped, delivery to U.S. addresses typically takes 7–14 business days. Tracking numbers are provided 3–5 days after the order ships. If you haven’t received tracking after 7 business days, please email us at info@americanhardwearsupply.com.

I just placed an order — when will it ship? We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Expect 4–7 business days for processing before your order leaves the warehouse. You’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking once it’s on the way.

Can I cancel my order? Yes — you can cancel your order with no penalty as long as it has not yet shipped. Simply reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at info@americanhardwearsupply.com. If the item has already shipped, please use our return process for a full refund.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What do I do? Reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at info@americanhardwearsupply.com as soon as possible. We can update the address if the order has not yet shipped (usually within 24 hours). After shipping, you will need to use our return process.

I am not satisfied with my order or there is an issue. Can it be returned? We offer a 30-day return window. If the product arrives defective or damaged, we will provide a full refund (including original shipping cost). You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please include your name and order number with the return. Once we receive the item in original condition, we will process your refund.

How do I know the actual shipping times for these products? Shipping times vary depending on your location and the supplier. We provide the most accurate estimated times at checkout. For the fastest delivery, we recommend choosing U.S. addresses whenever possible.
